This Policy explains how Protosonic OÜ ("we", "us"), a company registered in Estonia (registration number 16344167; VAT EE103014252; registered office Ruunaoja tn 3, Lasnamäe, Tallinn, Harju 11415, Estonia), collects and uses personal data when you use our websites and services, including ventures such as OpenStamps and Cosmic Time Stamp. We are the data controller for that processing.

1. What we collect

• Information you give us: name, email, organisation, and any details you provide when you enquire, subscribe, book, purchase, or request a pilot.
• Transaction information: records of purchases and bookings (payment card details are handled by our payment providers, not stored by us).
• Technical information: basic server logs and, where enabled, analytics such as pages visited, collected to operate and improve our sites.

2. How we use it

• To provide the products, bookings and services you request.
• To respond to enquiries and provide customer support.
• To send emails you have asked to receive (you can unsubscribe at any time).
• To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.

3. Legal bases

We process data to perform a contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, with your consent (for marketing emails), and for our legitimate interest in running and improving our services, balanced against your rights.

We share data only with service providers that help us operate — for example payment processors, email tools, and hosting providers (including Netlify) — and only as needed. We do not sell your personal data.

Under the GDPR and Estonian law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to or restrict certain processing, request portability where applicable, and withdraw consent. 7. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the EEA. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards as required by applicable data protection law (for example, standard contractual clauses).

8. Cookies

This corporate site does not set non-essential tracking cookies. Hosting may produce standard technical logs. Venture sites may have their own notices.
