These Terms govern your use of the websites and services operated by Protosonic OÜ ("Protosonic", "we", "us"), a private limited company registered in the Republic of Estonia (registration number 16344167; VAT EE103014252; registered office Ruunaoja tn 3, Lasnamäe, Tallinn, Harju 11415, Estonia), including our ventures such as OpenStamps and Cosmic Time Stamp. By using our websites or purchasing our products or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Protosonic OÜ designs and builds software and digital tools and operates a small number of its own ventures. Where a venture has its own site or product-specific terms (for example OpenStamps for Furniture), those terms apply alongside these Terms for that service.

2. Products and services

We offer software, digital tools, evaluation and pilot programmes, and related services through our studio and ventures. Descriptions and prices are shown at the point of purchase or in a written order. We may update or withdraw products and prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already accepted in writing.

3. Orders and payment

Where payment is taken online, it is processed by our payment providers. By placing an order you confirm the information you provide is accurate. We may decline or cancel an order where required by law, where payment cannot be verified, or where we reasonably suspect misuse. Binding commercial terms for enterprise or pilot work appear only in a signed order or statement of work.

4. Bookings, refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refunds & Cancellations Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our websites or services, including attempting to disrupt them, access them unlawfully, reverse-engineer products beyond what applicable law permits, or use them for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

All content on our websites, and the software, formats, and materials we produce, remain the property of Protosonic OÜ or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without our written permission, except for fair dealing / fair use or other rights that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Disclaimers

Evaluation tools, guide quotes, demos, and public documentation are provided for information and assessment. They are not a substitute for your own legal, compliance, or technical diligence, and they do not create a production SLA unless a signed agreement says so.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Estonian and applicable EU law, Protosonic OÜ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our websites, products or services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.
