These Terms govern your use of the websites and services operated by Protosonic OÜ ("Protosonic", "we", "us"), a company registered in Estonia (registration number 16344167, registered office 1a Moyola Park, Newcastle, Galway, H91 H9KH, Ireland; Estonian contact person Nomad Consulting OÜ, Ruunaoja tn 3, Lasnamäe, Tallinn, Harju 11415, Estonia), including our own ventures such as Manalok. By using our websites or purchasing our products or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Protosonic OÜ designs and builds software and digital tools and operates a small number of its own ventures. Where a venture (such as Manalok) has its own site, these Terms apply alongside any venture-specific terms shown there.

2. Products and services

We offer digital products, consultations, classes, courses, and physical goods through our ventures. Descriptions and prices are shown at the point of purchase. We may update or withdraw products and prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already placed.

3. Orders and payment

Payment is taken at the time of purchase through our payment providers. By placing an order you confirm the information you provide is accurate. We may decline or cancel an order where required by law, where payment cannot be verified, or where we reasonably suspect misuse.

4. Bookings, refunds and cancellations

Bookings, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refunds & Cancellations Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our websites or services, including attempting to disrupt them, access them unlawfully, or use them for any unlawful purpose.

All content on our websites, and the software and materials we produce, remain the property of Protosonic OÜ or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Disclaimers

Our consultations, courses and content are offered for guidance, education and wellbeing. They are provided in good faith but without guarantees of specific outcomes, and are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or other regulated advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Protosonic OÜ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our websites, products or services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Protosonic OÜ's place of establishment and operation, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.
