Refunds & Cancellations

This policy applies to purchases from Protosonic OÜ and its ventures, including OpenStamps and related digital products. Your statutory consumer rights under EU and Estonian law are not affected by anything below. Venture sites may publish additional product-specific terms.

Software licences & digital products

• Where a digital product or licence is delivered immediately and cannot practically be returned, sales are final once access or download has begun, except where fault or non-conformity applies.
• If a file or service is faulty or cannot be accessed as described, contact us and we will put it right (repair, replacement access, or refund as appropriate).
• EU consumers may have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts; where digital content begins with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right is lost, that right may not apply.

Pilots & professional services

• Pilot fees, discovery work, and custom professional services follow the signed order or statement of work.
• Guide quotes on marketing sites are illustrative, not binding offers.
• Work already performed or time already reserved under an accepted order is generally non-refundable, unless the order says otherwise or we fail to deliver what was agreed.

Subscriptions

• Where a product is billed periodically, you can cancel before the next billing date; access continues to the end of the paid period unless stated otherwise.
• Part-periods are not refunded by default, and there is no minimum tie-in unless a written agreement says so.

Physical products

• Return unused items in original condition within 14 days for a refund (return postage is yours unless the item was faulty), where distance-selling rules apply.
• Faulty or damaged items: contact us for a replacement or refund.
