Refunds & Cancellations

This policy applies to purchases from Protosonic OÜ and its ventures, including Manalok. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by anything below.
Consultations & readings
When you book and pay, that time is reserved for you.
- Reschedule free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice.
- Cancel with more than 48 hours' notice: full refund, or move your payment to a future session.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed appointments: the fee is non-refundable, as the time was held for you. We try to be understanding of genuine emergencies.
- Birth-time rectification is manual work that begins when you book; once started it cannot be refunded. We explain this before beginning.
Classes & memberships
- Memberships are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime; cancelling stops the next payment, and access continues to the end of the paid period.
- Part-months are not refunded, but there is no tie-in.
- Missed live classes remain available as recordings where provided.
Courses
- Refundable up to 14 days before the start date.
- Within 14 days of the start, or once a self-paced course has been accessed, fees are non-refundable.
Digital products
- Because digital items are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, sales are final once the download is accessed.
- If a file is faulty or cannot be accessed, contact us and we will put it right.
Physical products
- Return unused items in original condition within 14 days for a refund (return postage is yours unless the item was faulty).
- Faulty or damaged items: contact us for a replacement or refund.
Pilgrimage journeys
Group journeys carry their own deposit and cancellation schedule, provided at the time of enquiry, because they involve advance commitments to travel partners.
